PDF and EPUB files are supplied by you and are not sold by Kitaaben. File-specific issues caused by the source file, including corruption, unsupported formatting, access restrictions, or missing content, do not create refund rights beyond this policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please keep your original files and backups.
